{S1 Ep 13} Getting Real Tea with Emil Merci (The Real Housewives of Kensington)
*Camera shifts to Amy coming out of the sliding door and walks onto the studio*
*The live audience is chanting ‘Amy’ and then finally sit down*
Amy : Hi y’all. It is me Amy and welcome back to another episode of Getting Real Tea. Now all of you now that soon the Real Housewives of Kensington will premiere it’s second season. So today I will be talking to Emil Merci from the Real Housewives of Kensington.
*The audience goes wild*
Emil : *walks onto the stage and waves to the audience* Hey Amy!! Thanks so much for having me.
Amy : Your welcome hun !! Damn you look so gorgeous, your upstaging me on my own show *laughs* but anyways. How are you doing sexy mama ? It’s been quite sometime since we heard from ya.
Emil : Yes. Well *laughs* I look as good as I feel and I feel fabulous! No complaints on my end here at all. I’m doing so well Amy.
Amy : Oh hunni I can see *snap fingers*. So the Real Housewives of Kensington released there cast for season 2 and your not on the poster , how come, Emil ? I was a bit confused and also shocked *makes face*.
Emil : *laughs* I’m not so sure I should even be saying this but, this cast isn’t the original season 2 cast. We actually started filming the season and had to stop production halfway through. I guess there was some personalities that thought production was singling them out and making them look bad or excluding them from filming. So the higher ups had to deal with them. They scrapped everything. This new cast came along and we had to re-film and I had other things going on so I couldn’t commit to even being on the show. But Andy begged me so I made a few appearances. *laughs*
Amy : Ooh I see *smirks*. In your opinion did production do a good job by casting these new wives or should some of them stayed and continued filming with the other wives they had in season 1 ?
Emil : *laughs* They did a good job. Darcy is an annoyance but she is a formidable opponent. Evie, ugh, I don’t even know why she’s even on the show. She brings nothing. A waste. They could edit her out and no one would miss the bitch. She’s irrelevant.
Amy : Ooh chile , already shading the new cast members Emil. I mean is a force of habit of yours love *laughs*.
Emil : Well, if you come for me I’m going to eat you alive. You can start but I’ll make sure I finish. Apparently these ladies didn’t know. But I’m sure they do now.
Amy : Hmm… it seems so. I mean last week when the poster of season 2 came out you crossed out both Evie and Darcy. Let’s be hypothetical here Emil, they retaliated against you because of what you posted on your Twitter feed. *Tweet shown on screen*.
Amy : If it were me , I would do just the same gurl *laughs*.
Emil : *looks at Amy* I see they’re trying to secure that season 3 spot. *laughs* I really couldn’t care less about them. And Darcy is one to watch. She’s not as annoying as Evie but she’s sneaky. Wait until you watch the season. Pretending she didn’t know but, she did.
Amy : Ooh Hmm… Emil are we talking about the same person here. She’s so nice and kind. I had her on a previous episode. Evie is also a firecracker don’t get to close or else she’ll shade you hunni. So from the season 2 cast you don’t like both Darcy and Evie. How about the rest ? Like Trina. And also the friend of Scarlett.
Emil : Trina is my girl. I mean, that’s the impression I’ve gotten since we became friends. I knew her before the show. Hopefully she didn’t let Darcy poison her brain. And Scarlett? *shrugs shoulders* Meh. She’s friends with Ari and Siobhan so I tolerate her. *laughs*.
Amy : Ooh Chile, you had to go there Emil. Trina is really a nice woman to be friends with. How can you compare filming season 1 to season 2 ? Do you think there was an element missing in season 2 ?
Emil : Yes. There was an element missing. Like that pain in your ass you’re so glad it’s gone. It’s only pleasurable for a bit. And besides the best season is summer because that’s what brings the heat. Nobody cares for the winter. Except for the dead. *laughs* And as much as I hate to include those other two in this, this cast is great. So I guess you could say nothing was missing actually. *laughs & raises hands* Oops! My bad.
Amy : Oh at least you agree Emil, that all the women brought it this season. Do you think maybe you’ll be back for season 3 of the Real Housewives of Kensington ? Or would be you still be interested in staying as a friend of ?
Emil : Well I’m only a friend because I didn’t feel like dealing with the stress and cattiness. I’m so over the drama. As far as season 3 is concerned, you’d have to ask Andy about that. *laughs & winks*.
Amy : So will just have to wait and see then *laughs*. So I heard that you and Evie didn’t get along because of the drama you started with Darcy. As Evie had Darcy’s back, do you think that was the only reason leading to you and Evie’s complicated relationship on the show?
Emil : Evie? And a complicated relationship? *laughs* We don’t have a relationship. Evie is a try hard. She’s entered territory where queens deal with one another. And she’s a stray dog in a kennel cage that nobody wants.
Amy : Hmm.. I believe if you didn’t start drama with Darcy. You’d be in some sort of relationship Emil. Come on love. You have to take accountability that you had some play in your relationship on the show. I mean *roll eyes*…
Emil : Oh Amy! You’re coming for me!! *laughs* Look. I came into the season doing exactly what I was asked to do. And we will leave it at that. Darcy, let’s see how the season goes and maybe I can reconsider how I feel about her. But Evie? I’m sorry, who is she again? *laughs*
Amy : Well… Emil dear she’s a main housewife on the show. I do hope that in the reunion episodes some sort of resolution is reached. Cause you 3 can be the shady bunch and have fun together. But that’s just my opinion *shrugs* who knows.
Emil : She’s a main housewife on the show THIS season. *laughs* Someone might take her place next season. And if I go back, maybe I’ll try and resolve something. But I’m not kissing anybody’s ass.
Amy : I mean… at least your admiting that some type of resolution could happen. AMEN JESUS HALLELUJAH !!! *laughs*
Emil : *laughs* That’s a big maybe Amy.
Amy : Yes I know *laughs* but at least it’s a step moving forward. Cause let’s face it you 3 have big personalities so… it will be hard a bit but I’m hopeful !!
Emil : If you say so Amy. Darcy yeah, I can see that but Evie is a lost puppy dog and I wish she’d find her owner. *laughs*.
Amy : Hmm… chile I think ya’ll 3 could have a type of relationship on the show. But it’s your opinion. I feel like Evie is a firecracker on the show with her shady hunni
Emil : You need to stop trying to make them happen Amy. *laughs* I love you and all but your taste is questionable.
Amy : Hmm… questionable well *laughs* will see. Anything you’d like to tell the audience Emil ? And to answer you Emil , my taste is exquisite hunni *smirks*
Emil : Just watch the season to make your own interpretation of the new players in this deck. I actually think I enjoyed this season alot better than last because I didn’t give any fucks this year. *laughs* Everyone was worthy of screen time. Well, everyone except Evie. *smirks* We didn’t have to deal with attention whores.
Amy : Ooh interesting….
Emil : *smiles at Amy* Still questionable girl. *laughs*
